According to a piece broadcast on April 21 “Morning Joe,” trips to ancestral towns and lands are more popular than ever.
This is a fact! This morning Tyson and Kathleen signed their contracts for a family trip with their two sons and their partners for September 4 to 18, 2027. Yes, more than a year in advance. Tyson loves to plan ahead. In fact, their May, 2022 trip was planned all the way back in 2019. Of course, the pandemic had something to do with the delay, as did a rescheduled Oberammergau Passion Play.
Planning this far in advance assures that a local historian will be available, as well as the church archivist and record keeper.
